SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN KEANGGOTAAN I DON'T WORK HERE CLUB

1. The membership fee is Rp99,000 (ninety-nine thousand rupiah) per month (unless stated otherwise), paid at the time of registration, with a Buy 1 Get 1 promo benefit of 30 (thirty) redemptions during the active membership period.
2. Redemption of the Buy 1 Get 1 promo is limited to a maximum of 1 (one) time per day, and applies to all available drink types.
3. One membership applies to one person only and may not be transferred and/or exchanged for money.
4. The base price used to calculate the Buy 1 Get 1 promo compensation is a flat Rp33,000 (thirty-three thousand rupiah) for all drink types, regardless of each drink's individual price.
5. Any promo quota not used on the current day will expire and cannot be accumulated or carried over to the next day.
6. Redemption of the Buy 1 Get 1 promo cannot be combined with Combo Deals or other promos, unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant promo terms.
7. The membership period is 30 (thirty) days, counted from 1 calendar day after membership registration is completed.
8. Membership cannot be extended and requires re-registering with Café Kissimmee as long as membership quota is still available.
9. The number of active memberships within one period is limited and at Café Kissimmee's discretion.
10. A membership card will be issued by Café Kissimmee to the Member. The membership card only functions as a medium for redeeming promotions and has no monetary value. Each Member is required to keep and maintain the card in usable condition.
11. The membership card must be brought when using a promotion. A damaged/unreadable card results in the membership status being forfeited, and no compensation of any kind will be given by Café Kissimmee to the Member.
12. Every use of the membership card must be verified by the cashier at the time of purchase and/or promo redemption.
13. Any loss, misuse, or reduction of quota resulting from a Member's negligence in keeping the membership card is the responsibility of the Member concerned, and not the responsibility of Café Kissimmee.
14. Membership fees that have been paid are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to absence or the Member's quota not being used.
15. Personal data submitted by the Member on this form will be used by Café Kissimmee solely for membership operational purposes and will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable provisions.
16. Café Kissimmee reserves the right to change these membership terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to Members via email or other official communication channels.
17. Café Kissimmee reserves the right to cancel membership and refuse the use of some/all promotions given without any compensation if it believes there is an indication of abuse and/or fraud related to membership status.
